What does daycare cost?
Just-A-Day - Daycare:

Half-Day (5 hours or less): $30
Full-Day (exceeding 5 hours): $40

I just got a new puppy. When can I start bringing him/her to daycare?

We recommend waiting until your puppy has received its third round of puppy shots before bringing him/her to daycare.

How are play groups determined?

​

For the safety of our staff and our students, we determine group placement based on your dog's size and temperament. 

Will my dog get breaks?

​

All of our canine counselors are trained in recognizing an overtired camper. In addition to breaks for rest, your dog will receive intermittent bathroom breaks.

Is there an outdoor play area?

​

At The Waldog Astoria, all of our play groups are conducted indoors. This provides for a safe, climate-controlled play experience. We provide campers with leashed outdoor walks for potty breaks and exercise. 

Are there any breed restrictions for group play?​

​

We do not discriminate against dogs based on their breed. The only reason a dog would be restricted from play is if they have given us reason to believe that he/she is a threat to our staff, or other canines in the facility.

Boarding FAQ

What is the boarding cost?

One dog: $50 per night
*Receive 10% off each additional pet*
-Special services and extra accommodations are available! Inquire with front desk or contact us!

-After 12 pickup will result in a late fee of $30.

What does boarding  include?

Our boarding rates include group play during the day, any medication administration that may be needed, a cozy bed to sleep on, and love from our dedicated staff!

Where will my dog sleep?

Each dog sleeps in a tiled room with a clear glass door to provide them with a safe and comfortable boarding experience. Rooms are always equipped with fresh water and bedding (except during meal times to avoid a mess). 

What do I need to provide for my dog's overnight stay?

​

We ask that you provide enough food for the duration of your dogs stay with written instructions for feeding. If your dog takes any medications or supplements please provide written instructions for the administration of those as well.

What NOT to bring:

• Bowls or dishes
• Silverware of any kind
• Measuring cups
• Can-topper lids
• Bedding, Blankets, etc.

Our Spa Services
How much do your spa services cost and what do they include?

Basic Bath: Includes soothing shampoo, nail trim, ear cleaning, and blow-dry. $30 -$50
(*Prices vary based on weight and coat.) 

Luxury Spa Bath: Includes everything in the basic Bath + softening conditioner, teeth cleaning, moisturizing paw pad treatment, your choice of either a blueberry facial or a hotty-toddy facial, and a bandana!
*An additional $15 to Basic Bath price* 

Upgrades:
Enhance bath with ultra whitening shampoo: $5
Elevate bath to the "Furminator" deshedding package: $10
